# Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
**Seller:** LessonCaption, operated by the main company. This policy applies to subscriptions for transcript and caption-file processing. It takes effect when published. Do not pay or submit audio unless the service is open, the checkout displays this policy, and its support contact and processing safeguards are available.
## Price and included use
The planned Creator subscription is US$29 per month for up to 1,500 audio minutes. The planned Studio subscription is US$59 per month for up to 3,000 audio minutes, and is sold only when its listed features are working. Checkout must show the actual available plan, recurring price, billing interval, included minutes, and any material limits before payment. Audio minutes are measured by the duration of submitted recordings. Unused minutes do not roll over unless checkout says otherwise. No overage is charged unless the amount or method is clearly disclosed and you agree before it is incurred; otherwise processing stops when the monthly allowance is reached.
## Renewals and cancellation
Plans renew monthly and the payment method is charged at the start of each period until cancellation. Cancel through the account or other method identified at checkout, preferably before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally preserves access through the period already paid for. We do not promise prorated refunds for unused time or unused minutes except where required by law or stated at checkout. If you cannot find or use the stated cancellation method, contact the published support channel promptly; if no channel is available, subscriptions are not open.
## Refunds and failed jobs
Contact support promptly if a paid job fails, is not delivered, or has a material service defect. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reprocess the job, credit the affected minutes, or refund the affected charge. If a technical failure prevents us from providing the paid service and we cannot reasonably fix or reprocess it, we will refund the affected payment. We do not guarantee that automated transcription is error-free; ordinary recognition or formatting errors alone do not guarantee a full refund, but we will review a specific material defect and any remedy required by law. Refunds for duplicate charges or charges not authorized by you will be investigated and corrected as appropriate.
## Statutory rights and requests
This policy does not limit any cancellation period, cooling-off right, refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy that cannot be waived under the law where you live. Where law requires express consent to begin immediate performance or changes a digital-service cancellation right, checkout must obtain that consent and present the required notice before charging. To request a refund, provide the account email, charge date, and a short description through the support/contact channel displayed at checkout or on the service. We will respond within a reasonable time and meet any shorter statutory deadline. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another method; payment-provider timing may vary. Nothing in this policy requires you to give up a statutory right.
